For example: If they can bring directv 250,000 new customers per year and directv pays them $1 per month per new customer for the life of the account,then the retailer is making $1,250,000 per year after 5 years as long as the accounts are still active. We have many customers who have been with directv of Dish Network for 5-10 years. Both Directv and Dish Network have won customer satisfaction awards and have outstanding loyalty from their customers.
